Billing Solutions is a revenue cycle management company dedicated to servicing behavioral health programs across the country for more than 10 years. This is a fast-paced industry, with more than half of our clients operating outside of contractual payer agreements (out-of-network).
The majority of our employees are remote staff, we have been lucky to find talent all across the United States who have a passion for helping people and who can provide the most relevant experience to our clients. We have a small staff that manages our business office and handles all administrative tasks necessary to keep a business running. This is a fast-paced industry but we understand that our staff has a life outside of work, we try to obtain the appropriate work/life balance that all people desire.
Billing Solutions hiring process entails an initial short phone conversation with our Human Resources Manager to help you determine if the position is right for your experience and expectations. If you are a good fit, your information is passed along to the Hiring Manager for review, you may be invited to take an assessment test designed to measure cognitive aptitude and behavioral attributes. If the Hiring Manager agrees you may be a good fit, they will request either an in-person or virtual face-to-face interview to get to know you better.
